How does a gametruck party work?

We arrive approximately 30 minutes early to your choice of venue whether its your house, a park, pool etc. to set up the gametruck. As soon as the gametruck is ready the kids are given a little presentation and then the fun begins! kids will be able to play every game we have as long as parents have given the okay
What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes things simply come up. If you must cancel your event, a full refund is given when at least two weeks notice is provided. Any cancellations with less than two weeks notice forfeits the deposit.
How much space is necessary?
The Elite Gametruck requires clearance of appromately 75 feet in length 12 ft. in height and 9' ft in width. we can level the Elite Gametruck to a certain degree but ideally it needs a level surface to keep players comfortable.
Do you require a spot to "plug in"?
Nope! The Elite Gametruck has an onboard generator that powers all of the screens and both a/c units. so we can host a party anywhere the trailer will fit!
How do I reserve my event date?
To hold your event date, we require a $100 deposit. If the deposit is not made within 3 days of the invoice you will be removed from the calendar.
How much does a party cost?
Elite game truck is rented by the hour, with the first hour being $250, every hour afterwards is $100. included in the cost is a trained gamecoach to keep the kids entertained and having fun, along with our entire library of xbox, wii, and playstation games!
